From December of 2018 to September 2019 I was on a contract with Airbnb as a social media community manager. For this role I worked on day to day engagement with the community, including interacting with posts, mentions, and community responses. Partnered with larger marketing teams to support and deliver campaign focused content across social channels. Was involved with hands-on writing of content and responses across all channels, primarily Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Partnered closely with social marketing teams to find top quality user-generated content. As well as assisted with the corporate gifting program.
